The Firm is committed to high quality legal advice and client care. We have a complaints procedure in place which details how we handle complaints which is available on request to our complaints manager, the details of who are provided below. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service you have received, you are entitled to:-

• To complain to Mr. Zia the complaints manager of the firm.

• If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman.

• The complaint should be made within six months form the end of the retainer or within six months from the circumstances resulting in the complaint being identified.

• You will normally need to bring the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint(Legal Ombudman no: 0300 555 0333).
