Immigration Fees

We offer highly skilled professional service with very reasonable fees and flexible payment terms for our clients who are struggling financially. We believe in offering a Fee Quote that provides our clients with a sense of certainty. That is why, wherever possible, we work on an Agreed Fee basis. We charge a fixed fee rate(non-refundable) and our agreed fee covers all the work until we receive a written decision for the stage of the application or appeal for which you have instructed us.

Please note that having agreed fixed fee, if you withdraw your instructions, we will not issue any refund. If you cannot afford to pay our fee in full at the time of your instructions, we are happy to accept half of the agreed fee at the time of initial instructions with the balance to be paid via monthly instalments.

What services are included?

The work will depend on the matter and complexity of the instructions however typically involve:

• Taking your initial instructions and discussing particular circumstances in detail and confirming whether this is the most appropriate application to make and what other options may be available;
• providing advice about the requirements of the relevant rules and how you currently (or can) meet the criteria;
• providing details of the evidence required to support the application and details of the application process;
• considering the supporting evidence provided and drafting the application form;
• where necessary, helping obtain further evidence including bank letters, bank statements etc.;
• preparing the application for submission including booking your appointment to submit your biometrics and application bundle;
• drafting a detailed letter of representation setting out how you meet the requirements;
• providing you with advice and instructions in respect of submitting your application and assisting to prepare you for an interview (if required);
• providing advice about the outcome of the application and instructions for complying with your immigration conditions.

Application Processing Time

On average Home Office (UKVI) takes around 3-6 months to process a visa application. We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application and we would refer you to the Home Office's current standards and processing times.

Applicants are advised to check the latest information about UK visa application processing time on the official UK government website either applying from inside the UK or outside the UK.

Once we have taken your instructions, and received your Full supporting documents and Fees, we will be able to submit your application to the Home Office as quickly as possible.  The time it takes will be subject to how quickly all relevant information and documentation takes to collate. If there is a deadline by which you require an application to be submitted, then we will work with you to complete it and ensure it is submitted in time.

Disbursements

All disbursements will need to be paid for separately in addition to the fees for our services. Disbursements are the costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. Examples of disbursements include home office/visa application fees, court application fees, counsel charges, postage, interpreting/translation services, medical reports fees, expert report fees, mileage/travel expenses etc. This is not an exhaustive list and is meant purely as a guide.

Probate Fees

We will provide you with a fixed fee probate quote which is based on the individual circumstances of your loved one's estate.

Our legal fees for probate related services start from £750 excluding VAT and disbursements.

Divorce & Family Law Fees

Our fixed-fee divorce and family law solicitors can represent you in your divorce and family law matters on a fixed-fee basis with flexible payments. We accept payment of our affordable fixed fees in instalments. If you don’t want to instruct on a fixed fee basis, we can also take your matter on an hourly rate basis.

Our legal fees for divorce & family law related services start from £850 excluding VAT and disbursements.

Hourly Charges

When dealing with matters where we charge an hourly rate, we will be pleased to give you clear and open advice about the costs that you will incur in instructing us to act on your behalf. Our hourly fees will be calculated using the below hourly rates plus VAT (where applicable) and will depend on the level of experience of the solicitor or Fee earner dealing with your matter and the complexity of the matter.
